Czech outlet Seznam Zprávy identified Russian nationals Vitaly Chashchukhin and Igor Dolmatov as working in Europe for Rybar, a pro-war Telegram channel with ties to Russia's Defense Ministry, after they filmed content there; Czech police detained and ordered them to leave the country within three days. The investigation also found Rybar-linked staff based in Europe who regularly interview politicians, journalists and experts.
