Vladimir Putin signed a decree placing a 100% stake in Aptar Vladimir—owned by France's Aptar Europe Holding—under temporary management by H&N, the entity that took over Danone's Russian operations after a similar 2023 seizure. Separately, L.E.V. Management, headed by police general Andrei Krayushkin, took control of French retailer Auchan and former Leroy Merlin outlet Lemana PRO, pledging to keep stores and staff while vowing drone-attack protection. Russia's Finance Ministry is also drafting tax changes to help cover companies' spending on defending against and repairing damage from drone attacks.
