The CDC issued warnings on several ongoing multistate foodborne illness outbreaks: a Salmonella and E. coli outbreak linked to recalled alfalfa sprouts, a Salmonella outbreak linked to jalapeños, and an expanding Cyclospora outbreak linked to iceberg lettuce that has now spread to four additional states.
