Speaking in English for about 25 minutes to the UN General Assembly on 23 September, President Zelensky called Vladimir Putin 'patient zero' for spreading war globally and urged countries to increase sanctions and bolster Ukraine's air defence. He also warned that artificial intelligence could begin making battlefield decisions as soon as next year, urging leaders to secure peace before that happens.
