Tropical Cyclone Nolo, which had reached hurricane/typhoon strength with winds up to 213 km/h earlier in the week, was tracked by GDACS as active from September 13 to 25 in the Central Pacific, affecting the United States with low vulnerability and no significant population impact estimated at Category 1 strength or higher.
