Israeli TV reported that police reopened a case, after initially closing it, into an assault in which an Armenian Christian child was maced while riding his bike with headphones on during Yom Kippur in Jerusalem. The assault was caught on video; the boy's mother said he is now afraid of people who appear outwardly Jewish.
