NASA and Boeing announced a joint news conference for Monday, Sept. 28, to discuss the development status of the Starliner spacecraft and plans for it to begin regular crewed flights to and from the International Space Station. The briefing will be held at Kennedy Space Center with credentialed media able to attend in person. The update comes as Boeing works to resolve the technical issues that have delayed Starliner's operational certification, a program NASA is counting on to provide a second means of crew transport to the ISS alongside SpaceX.
