Russian forces carried out more than 30 attacks across Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on September 25, injuring four people and damaging homes, vehicles, agricultural machinery and infrastructure. A day earlier, attacks on three districts of the oblast injured three more people and damaged a poultry farm, shops, vehicles and a house, continuing a pattern of near-daily Russian strikes on the region.
