Victor Glover and Reid Wiseman, who flew farther from Earth than any prior astronauts during the Artemis II lunar flyby mission earlier this year, are transitioning to emeritus status at NASA. They will continue advising and mentoring NASA teams as the agency accelerates preparations for Artemis III and future crewed lunar surface missions, drawing on their deep-space and Orion spacecraft experience.
