Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair was required to remove an eyeblack bearing the name of Wafaa Akila, an eight-year-old Palestinian girl killed by an Israeli airstrike on the first day of school, after previously being fined by the NFL for wearing the name of another victim, Hind Rajab.
