Activision announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will change how Double XP tokens function, making them count down only while players are actively in a match rather than while in menus or searching for games—a long-requested fix. Separately, the game's free-to-play Warzone mode will let players toggle off character skins imported from other Call of Duty titles starting with the first season.
