Israeli settlers torched Palestinian homes and cars in overnight raids across the West Bank, clashing with Israeli troops attempting to enforce a court order requiring the return of Palestinians violently evicted in July. In a separate incident in Halhul, north of Hebron, armed settlers protected by Israeli forces attacked homes and assaulted residents in the Wadi Qaboun area, while soldiers set up checkpoints nearby.
