The US Treasury Department sanctioned ten individuals and entities based in China, Pakistan, Turkiye, Iran and Saudi Arabia for allegedly procuring weapons and components for Iran's Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the economic measures, part of "Operation Economic Outcast," would continue against those providing financial, material or technological support enabling Iran's military activities.
