Pearl Abyss has delayed Crimson Desert's first post-launch expansion, Charting the Unknown, by two weeks, pushing the release from October 15 to October 29. The developer says the extra time is needed to deliver a more polished and stable gameplay experience. The expansion was only announced at September's State of Play with an ambitious launch window, and the delay reflects the challenges of hitting an aggressive post-launch content schedule so soon after the base game's debut.
