Tropical Depression Nineteen-E, located far southwest of Baja California, remained poorly organized and 'barely a tropical cyclone' as of September 30 into October 1, 2026, with maximum sustained winds of only about 30 mph and a minimum central pressure of 1006 mb. The system's low-level circulation was becoming elongated, and it was moving east-northeast at about 12-14 mph. GDACS recorded no population affected by tropical-storm-force winds, and the National Hurricane Center's advisories indicate the depression poses little immediate threat, remaining far from land.
