A new study found that people who closely followed the MIND diet showed slower brain shrinkage and less grey matter loss over time, with the most notable differences equivalent to about 2.5 years of delayed brain aging. Berries and poultry consumption were linked to healthier brain outcomes, while sweets and fried fast food were associated with greater tissue loss.
