President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promoted five Ukrainian military officers to brigadier general, including senior officials from the Security Service, National Guard and State Border Guard Service, and addressed troops from a front-line command post, declaring Ukraine must defeat Russia to achieve peace. Ukraine also announced the first combat use of its domestically produced FP-7 tactical ballistic missile.
