The long-negotiated UK-Mauritius deal over sovereignty of the Chagos Islands has stalled again, reviving fears of further delays. Renewed talks had raised hopes for resettlement of displaced Chagossians, but many of the aging exiled community fear they are running out of time to see the agreement finalized.
