Grace Pauline Kelley, daughter of singer Wynonna Judd, was denied a request for temporary release from a Virginia jail that would have allowed her to give birth outside custody. She is currently serving a 15-month sentence in Harrisonburg. The ruling means Kelley will give birth while incarcerated.
