President Zelensky promoted five Ukrainian military officers to brigadier general on Defenders' Day, including senior officials from the Security Service, National Guard and Border Guard Service. Separately, Major General Dmytro Deliatytskyi handed over command of the 30th Marine Corps to focus on his role as Commander of the Ukrainian Navy's Marine Corps.
