Israeli forces carried out raids and shootings across the occupied West Bank and Gaza in early October, including a raid with military reinforcements into Qalqilya, gunfire wounding at least one person in northwest Gaza City, and an incident in the West Bank in which Israeli forces killed one person and injured several others. Separately, Israeli settlers attacked the West Bank village of the al-Tubasi family, setting two homes on fire and blocking the family's return, with Israeli security forces reportedly also targeted.
