NASA and SpaceX are targeting no earlier than 8:05 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, Oct. 7, for the undocking of the Crew-12 mission from the International Space Station, weather permitting, with NASA planning to stream the return and splashdown live. The crew includes NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev. The return marks the conclusion of the Crew-12 mission aboard the ISS, continuing the regular cadence of crewed rotations between NASA, international partners, and SpaceX's Crew Dragon spacecraft.
