Lithuanian defense technology company Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) has launched a joint venture in Ukraine, UDS Ukraine, to develop and manufacture drones locally. The move reflects growing Western defense-industrial investment directly inside Ukraine to boost domestic production capacity.
