Ukrainian forces conducted a series of long-range strikes on Russian military-industrial and energy targets, including damage to the Samara oil pipeline control station and Astrakhan gas processing plant supplying Russian forces, the Seshcha airfield in Bryansk Oblast, and the Zavod Iskra plant in Ulyanovsk which produces Kh-59 missile components. Russia's Volgograd oil refinery, owned by Lukoil, was forced to halt operations entirely after a drone attack, part of a continuing campaign against Russian refining capacity. Separately, a Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region killed two people and reportedly targeted the region's largest fuel storage hub, underscoring Kyiv's expanding deep-strike campaign against Russian logistics and energy infrastructure supporting the war effort.
