Ukrainian forces used heavy 'Vampire' bomber drones to deliver food, water and medicine across the Dnipro River to residents of Russian-occupied Oleshky in Kherson Oblast. Ukraine's Security Service separately warned that Russia is preparing information and psychological operations involving Oleshky residents.
