Ukraine's Foreign Ministry said Kyiv is ready to accept any of five different ceasefire arrangements with Russia, though implementation depends on Moscow's consent. India separately proposed a three-part truce covering protection of infrastructure, grain and energy exports through Black Sea ports, and safety of commercial shipping. Turkey's president also spoke by phone with Vladimir Putin about Black Sea navigation safety, reaffirming Ankara's willingness to mediate.
