An Iranian lawmaker said Tehran has reached a preliminary understanding to allocate land at Chabahar port to Taliban-run Afghanistan to build infrastructure for moving goods to the sea, as Iran's energy minister separately visited Kabul to expand technical and engineering cooperation between the two countries.
