The US State Department notified Congress of approval for more than $2 billion in weapons sales to Egypt, Kuwait and the UAE, including Patriot air-defence system repairs for Kuwait and over 2,000 Javelin anti-tank missiles for Egypt, part of continued US military support to regional partners amid the broader conflict.
