Adidas has filed a lawsuit against Sydney-based fashion label White Fox, accusing it of copying its iconic three-stripes trademark by using a similar four-stripe design on clothing. The German sportswear giant is seeking an injunction to stop sales of the contested items as well as damages. The case adds to a long history of Adidas aggressively defending its stripe trademark against rival brands worldwide.
