A St. Petersburg court fined Yabloko chairman Nikolai Rybakov about $12 for writing peace slogans including 'For Peace' and 'For a Ceasefire Agreement' on his ballot, charged as petty hooliganism. Separately, Yabloko member Elena Perepelitsa was jailed for four years over a donation to Alexei Navalny's organization, making her the third Yabloko member jailed in under four months.
