Russian forces carried out nearly 40 strikes across Dnipropetrovsk Oblast's Synelnykove, Kryvyi Rih and Nikopol districts, killing one person, while separately attacking a Nova Poshta depot in the Dnipro district twice, sparking fires, and striking two DTEK energy facilities on October 8-9.
