Tropical cyclone Koguma, which had maximum winds of about 222 km/h while active in the Northwest Pacific from Oct 5-10, was downgraded to a green GDACS alert with no population reported as affected by category-1-strength winds, indicating the storm weakened without significant impact before dissipating.
