Israel is moving to force most UK diplomats out of its East Jerusalem consulate, which handles relations with Palestinians, in retaliation for British sanctions imposed on Israeli settlers in the West Bank. UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband said 'vital services' would remain and that Britain is making a last-ditch effort to stop the closure.
