Israeli artillery shelling killed a retired Lebanese soldier, Ali Abdul Hassan Sweidan, while he tended his land during the olive harvest in Yater, Bint Jbeil district, with Lebanon's army calling it a 'flagrant violation' of ceasefire understandings.
