RJ Mitte, who played Walter White Jr. on AMC's acclaimed drama Breaking Bad and was a prominent disability rights advocate as a person with cerebral palsy, was found dead at his Texas home on Monday, October 12. His representatives confirmed his cause of death as suicide, and TMZ captured footage of a heavy police presence outside the residence where he was found. He was 34, and his upcoming film 'Forgotten Outlaw' has been put on hold, though its director has vowed to finish the project in his honor. Co-star Bryan Cranston, who played Mitte's on-screen father Walter White, led an outpouring of tributes, writing he was 'in deep despair' and would miss his TV son. Numerous other Breaking Bad cast members have since paid tribute, and outlets have published retrospectives on Mitte's career and the show's cast in the wake of his death.
