EU foreign ministers approved a 22nd sanctions package, the bloc's largest expansion yet, adding roughly 1,600 Russian defense firms and individuals tied to missile, drone and ammunition production, and also sanctioned 77 people over Russia's State Duma 'elections' held in occupied Ukrainian territory.
