The US and Europe are reportedly developing a joint proposal to end the war built around financial incentives and security guarantees tied to a ceasefire along the current front line, according to the Washington Post, though a Ukrainian presidential adviser denied European involvement, calling the leaked four-point plan a unilateral American framing. Trump said both Putin and Zelensky want the war to end but don't know how, given mutual distrust, while also claiming the US has not stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine and insisting arms supplies via allies continue unchanged. Zelensky said Ukraine has sent Washington proposals for further meetings and is ready to meet in coming days, and Ukraine's negotiating team briefed him after talks with envoys Witkoff and Kushner, while Foreign Minister Sybiha outlined Ukraine's negotiating priorities at the Warsaw Security Forum.
