A series of deadly shootings, bombings and armed clashes continued in Iran's southeastern Sistan-Baluchestan province, with a women's Basij commander and a police officer killed in separate attacks on Wednesday, and another police officer killed in a related attack on a police vehicle in Mehrestan County. Iran's IRGC said five people were killed in the province after security forces dismantled a 'militant cell,' as the restive border region continues to see persistent unrest.
