Israel is blocking construction of a key military outpost in Gaza that is part of US President Trump's 'Board of Peace' plan, according to a Guardian report. The board had issued a contract in August to Louisiana-based Arkel International to build a base for 150 international troops meant to serve as the vanguard of an international stabilisation force, but Israel has yet to allow ground to be broken.
