Russian drones struck a wholesale warehouse and apartment block in Lutsk on October 13-14, killing six people and injuring twelve. The same wave of strikes hit an oil depot, sparking a large fire, and damaged a cultural center housing the Korsaks' Museum of Contemporary Ukrainian Art after a jet-powered drone's debris fell on the building. The attacks underscore Russia's continued targeting of civilian and logistics infrastructure well behind the front line in Volyn Oblast.
