Masked intruders broke into a communications facility near Sofia and set fire to 11 of its 17 antennas used to connect to Starlink satellites. Poland has linked a related Starlink fire to Moscow, and Germany has detained a fourth suspect in connection with sabotage aimed at disrupting internet services, including for Ukraine's military.
