A Tesla driver crashed into parked California Highway Patrol vehicles while asleep and using the company's Full Self-Driving (FSD) driver assist mode, with video showing the vehicle speeding past flares, cones, and emergency lights at the scene of an earlier accident before colliding with a parked patrol car. The incident prompted CHP to reiterate that 'Despite its name, full self-driving is not fully autonomous.
