Ukraine's Security Service served a notice of suspicion on a Russian soldier accused of shooting dead five unarmed Ukrainian servicemen from the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade and one civilian in the village of Kutuzivka, Kharkiv region, on October 13. Ukraine has detained a Russian soldier in connection with the killings.
