A remaster of 2004's Shrek 2: The Game leaked on October 16 through an Xbox.com listing that was published and then removed before an official announcement. The listing described improved textures, an enhanced UI and 4K resolution, while retaining the original's solo and up-to-three-player co-op modes with Shrek, Fiona and Donkey as playable characters.
