European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos announced a joint EU-Ukraine task force to accelerate interim accession benchmarks and rule-of-law reforms, following the opening of two additional negotiating clusters and Ukrainian parliament's passage of minority education reforms. Officials also said EU security architecture integration would serve as a key security guarantee for Ukraine.
