Netanyahu said Israel will allow the United Arab Emirates into a designated area of Gaza to carry out infrastructure work, calling it an exception to Israel's broader ban on reconstruction before Hamas disarms, saying “the Emiratis help us with a lot of things.” A Palestinian governing committee and international force remain barred from entering Gaza.
