Adobe announced on October 20, 2026, that the mobile version of Lightroom, available for iOS, iPadOS, and Android, can now open closed eyes in photos using generative artificial intelligence with a single tap. When the app detects a person or group with closed eyes, it automatically presents users with a new Open Eyes Quick Action icon over the image, allowing them to easily save photos by editing out this common flaw.
