A Canadian tourist was found guilty of animal cruelty after stealing Peachy, a flamingo from the Flamingo hotel and casino in Las Vegas, on October 20, 2026. The man testified that he took the bird from its enclosure after consuming 30 to 40 beers but claimed he did not intend to cause harm.
