Microsoft's ID@Xbox Showcase aired on October 20, 2026, revealing a wide slate of indie and remaster announcements for Xbox. Highlights included remasters and director's cuts of Shrek 2, The Wolf Among Us and Zero Parades, alongside new titles such as Paper Shredder, Croak and A Game About Digging a Hole Together. The standout reveal was Shrek 2 Remastered, whose trailer parodied the recent Grand Theft Auto VI marketing and confirmed a release date less than a month away in November 2026. The showcase underscored Xbox's continued push to court independent developers through its ID@Xbox publishing program.
