Sony is removing a batch of titles, including Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2, from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog over the coming weeks, according to reports on October 20, 2026. GameSpot reported that around 11 games total will be pulled to make room for new additions to the service. The removal of GTA V had been anticipated for some time, but its pairing with Red Dead Redemption 2's departure marks a significant loss for subscribers, as both are among Rockstar's most popular open-world titles. An exact removal date has not been confirmed, though outlets advised players to finish the games soon.
